New Product Development is an integral part of Mr Bagels' strategy.

We have invested in a state-of-the-art test bakery with a dedicated development team.

This expertise enables us to lead the way in New Product Development. We are constantly adding new flavours and shapes to our bagel range - keeping one step ahead in the market place and giving customers what they really want.

The new test bakery has also allowed us to develop what we believe to be the finest ambient bagel on the market.

The team is constantly working to expand Mr Bagels' range with a number of new bagel products launching this year.

Bagel expertise

Mr Bagels' New Product Development team is headed by Irene Cheung.

Irene has a wealth of experience in food research and development, as well as a Master of Science Degree in Advanced Food Manufacturing.

Prior to joining Mr Bagels, Irene worked at Unilever as R&D Technologist and before that, as a Development Technologist for Allied Mills.

As Mr Bagels' New Product Development Manager, Irene is responsible for developing innovative new bagel products from concept to launch.

She also uses her expertise on Mr Bagels' existing bagels range to ensure maximum quality and shelf life.

Bespoke bagels

Whatever customers require, our continuous investment in New Product Development means we can supply bagel products specifically tailored to suit their needs.

Mr Bagels' team of specialists works closely with clients to create bespoke lines and help them achieve competitive advantage in the growing bagels market.
